Return Policy

Domestic Returns (USA): We want you to be satisfied with your Luxeire.com purchases. We will accept merchandise for return or exchange within 21 days of delivery date, at no cost to you, provided the merchandise is:

  • In new condition with hangtags attached
  • Hasn’t been washed or worn
  • Is free of makeup, deodorant, perfume and other damages
  • In its original packaging

Late returns are not accepted for refund, exchange or store credit. No exceptions.

Items should be neatly folded and carefully packed. Items in disheveled condition, or with stains, visible wear or with tags cut/removed will not be accepted for return and will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's request and expense without refund. 

We will provide you with a pre-paid mailing label once your return has been authorized. Your item(s) need to be in returned or in transit within 7 days of receiving the pre-paid mailing label.


We can only process returns or exchanges for items purchased on Luxeire.com. If you purchased our product from another retailer, please contact them directly.
Return or Exchange of ‘Final Sale’ and ‘Clearance’ items is not permitted.

Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.

 

International returns: International returns are at the cost of the customer. We will accept merchandise for return or exchange within 21 days of delivery date, at no cost to you, provided the merchandise is

  • In new condition with hangtags attached
  • Hasn’t been washed or worn
  • Is free of perfume, smoke, and deodorant damages; and
  • In its original packaging

Unauthorized Returns and Worn Garments

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for unauthorized returns. To avoid this, please email support@luxeire.com to receive authorization before sending anything back.
