Domestic Returns (USA)

We will accept merchandise for return or exchange withinย 21ย daysย of delivery date, provided the merchandise is:

  • In new condition with hangtags attached
  • Hasnโ€™t been washed or worn
  • Is free of makeup, deodorant, perfume and other damages
  • In its original packaging

Late returns are not accepted for refund, exchange or store credit. No exceptions.

All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. No exceptions. If you feel an exception should be made, please contactย support@luxeire.com.

Items should be neatly folded and carefully packed. Items in disheveled condition, orย with stains, visible wear or with tags cut/removed will not be accepted for return and willย be shipped back to the customer at the customer's request and expense without refund.ย 

There is a restocking fee of $5 per garment returned and $9 flat rate shipping. For exchanges, return shipping is complimentary.

We will provide you with a shipping label once your return has been authorized. Yourย item(s) need to be in returned or in transit within 7 days of receiving the mailing label.


We can only process returns or exchanges for items purchased on Luxeire.com. If youย purchased our product from another retailer, please contact them directly.
Return or Exchange of โ€˜Final Saleโ€™ is not permitted.

Once your item(s) reach our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.

International Returns

International returns are at the cost of the customer.ย We will accept merchandise for return or exchange withinย 21ย daysย of delivery date, at no cost to you, provided the merchandise is

  • In new condition with hangtags attached
  • Hasnโ€™t been washed or worn
  • Is free of perfume, smoke, and deodorant damages
  • In its original packaging
